If you check out the lost maples Facebook pages, they post a weekly foliage report with photos. You can check it out to see what the colors are like.
Sorry, I don't think so. I went on Nov 12, colors peaked, then again on Nov 19, when only 25% were left and the rest was fallen off. By now there would hardly be any fall colors left.
Hardly. I have been there on 21.11, and most trees had already lost leaves then😉.
We where there on nov 23rd and there were no colors left. Still, the trip was worth it. Really beautiful place and the weather was unbeatable.
I don't think so. You can call the headwaiters if the park to confirm our go onto the Facebook page. They updated the pictures every week
Drive through Bandera from SA, instead of taking I-10. You might be able to see some color on the hills. It's not cold enough. Still.
I was just there last weekend. Most of the leaves had already fallen from the maples but there were still some that have leaves. I think that by the time you go they may all have fallen. Have fun!
If youre going to lost Maples, you should be able to see the fall colors on the trees but there are trees that have lost their leaves. Make sure you get there extremely early if you're going on the weekend. I went 3 weeks ago and there was a line to get in and once the park is full, they'll close the park for a few hours.
Unfortunately San Antonio doesnt have very much of a fall to begin with. This city is more inclined to tropical weather patterns. The leaves are still changing and falling in some areas of town depending on how much ecosystem restoration took place. But many times xeriscaping has been done and the trees and foliage are native to south texas.
Most likely no.
