Nice park for a walk along the river with your camera. Also nice if you want to wade, canoe, etc.

Great park for river access - beautiful bridge area for photos, lots of shade if you want it, shallow for the little ones or non swimmers and deeper for fishing on a couple of bridge piers as well. Bring your river shoes! River bed is rocky. So pretty and scenic. Great way to spend the day outdoors.

Small but nice, clean park on the Guadalupe River. Went in the fall and no one was there. But imagine in the hot summer it would be packed and crowded...not many parking spaces. Has 1 large, single port-a-potty and some benches.

It can be alright for kids as its pretty shallow most folks sit in the water or maybe wade but generally speaking mostly see people hanging out by the water or fishing.

Yes there's a shore and even a bridge you can fish from, reminder a license is still required.
There is a 1 mile loop which comprises about a 15 minute walk along the river and then goes up above the river. Small park but very beautiful.
No there is no camping at the park it is closed at dusk and they put up a chain to block the parking area.
You can't they lock it up overnight at dusk, but there are multiple Maine campsites Up and Down the River you might want to check out bergheim.
