Staff at registration were friendly and helpful. They got me out with a twosome within 20 minutes. The course is in excellent condition with the greens a 5 Star rating. I will return with family and friends soon. Gary G.

Definitely a nicely maintained course. If you like openness, this is a good place for you. Carts were nice, staff was nice but the pace of play was horrible. In 4 hours we only got thru 12 holes. Ended up just leaving. I’ve play 20 other courses in and around San Antonio and I’ve only experienced slowness like this once. Course is nice but not worth the money or waiting. Dont see myself returning.

The course that I normally play was closed for tournament play, so I called the Buckhorn and got a tee time. The course was in great shape, the greens were beautiful. As always, the staff was very friendly and made me feel welcome."The cost was affordable and the beer was ice cold. I loved playing the Buckhorn.

First time to play at The Buckhorn. My buddy and I loved it. The fairways could use a little love, but the tee boxes and greens were better than we expected. This golf course is a hill country gem that we will come back to play again.
