All State parks are open but not the visitors centers, so you need to self pay. If you have a park pass you can just fill the form with your pass number and put the top sheet on your windshield.
They are open, but you need to be there in the premises before 9 AM to enter, they will not allow more then their stipulated number of visitors.
Open all year, everyday.
