We have a 9 foot popup camper weighing 1100 lbs. Is there a possibility that we could put it on the ferry and camp on the island?

The ferry is a pontoon boat with an electric motor doubtful it would fit on it.

Agreed. They do have the primitive cabins for rent though. Probably your best alternative.
