You can reserve a campsite here, they have tent spots and some simple cabins (1 electrical outlet, ceiling fan and light in cabins). I believe the tent spots dont have electricity. Check out hontoon islands state park website for more info. They can be reserved online.
The campsites are fantastic here... However you have to reserve and be there before last ferry of the day.
You will have to call ahead of time to reserve a spot. There's a boat that goes back and forth from the park to parking lot but it has a cutoff time.
I did not see any campsites at this location, it's also difficult if there is because a small boat has to move you're equipment

I would be surprised if there is not a time cut off for the ferry to the island. To be certain check ferry hours online or contact the park. I am unsure if you can motor over on your own boat. There are marinas fairly close.
Campsites are available, but make to reserve your spot. A ferry takes you over to the park, but I'm not sure when the ferry stops transporting people to the park.
