They have a "quiet time" rule from 10 PM to 6 AM, so music is not allowed during those times.
Usually unless one of the neighboring campsites complain, they don't bother you. A lot of it has to do with the lyrics too. If there's a lot of cussing or talking about sex, the rangers will usually say something, especially if there are children within hearing distance.
Not sure what the rule is but people do all the time. On the water and shore.
