10 is when guests must leave
10pm if you stay after 10 you must pay additional $4 on your way out day pass is $6

The gate is open 24/7. Technically the day pass ends at midnight. You can come into the park to fish from 10pm-6am. After 6am you have to go check in at the office.
I believe they close the gate at 10 so you'd have to be out by then.
