At least a quarter mile, sorry once we got done playing on the hills out front we then climbed the steep mountain top trail. Once we summited we took pics and rested lol. I could see benches in the distance on the plateau, but we didn't venture out. Hope that helps
The hike up is mostly staircase. In need of some maintenance. Right before the top you must navigate rocks. If you can't climb up or down over some rocks this might not be for you. The top is flat with about half mile round trip to the end and back. Stay away from the edges. They warn that the edges can give way.
I can't say with certainty but to get to the top is probably a quarter mile and then it just depends if you go straight to the back or walk the edges of the entire cap
