Just west of the entrance, to the north, is a oilfield type road, it has several short roads that a person might be able to find a place to sleep. Don't quote me as far as local law enforcement might not agree.
The entrance to the park says it closes at a certain time. (It's been a while since I was there.) I don't think they let people be in the park while closed. It would be worth looking up and contacting the local Park Ranger to find out for sure.
