You have to pay. You can see the trees from the road.
As others have said, you do have to pay a fee to enter the grounds. I will echo the plantation. They have a fair amount to see and I would consider the price worth it. Check out the reviews if you're not sure. I've left a detailed one with photos. Just getting to walk the grounds is worth the fee in my opinion. It's beautiful.
There is a fee to enter the grounds, as we have many exhibits to visit. We also have historical interpreters on the grounds talking about the trees and slavery exhibit. As mentioned, you can see the trees from the road, but it's very dangerous to park in front, as there is no parking pad and if the sheriff's office see's you they will fine you. Please do yourself a favor and come enjoy what Oak Alley has to offer, I don't think you will be disappointed. Have a safe trip!
You have to pay for a ticket to get in.
You have to pay. I thought it was very overpriced snd not near as nice as Evergreen Plantation. Their tour was engaging and educational. Just my opinion.
There was two Gates where you pay an entry .With this entry you can visit also the main building.
