You can go half way and slide down. 3/4 of the way and slide down. There are no regulations saying that you have to climb all the way up.
Several dune all different sizes but make sure you have good shoes the sand can burn your feet if not. Also bring something to slide in or rent at a local shop.
You have free reign when you're there just don't get too overzealous it's a little more rough than snow lol
Well, yes... you have to climb a dune to slide down it. You don't need to hike very far to get to a dune that will give you a descent slide or you can climb up a large one...
No theirs different sizes of dunes all over!!!
