what month is the best time to go and be able to enjoy everything the park has to offer? don't want to go when it is super hot or cold

I've been there in March and April...(wasn't too hot, but very windy) I would recommend May!

Early summer, so May and early June are best. Early autumn is nice too

The temperature is best in May. The wind can blow hard any time of year; that's why the dunes exist. It's just a matter of luck if you show up when there is no wind.
