There are also professional driver services available who will take you for a fixed fee and have car seats and what not available.
They don't offer airport shuttle service (only to Disney properties), but Uber is not that expensive. We took it last month to the airport and it was less than $30 and the service was excellent.

No but there are other options; uber, Lyft, etc
I beileve its only disney shuttles. Seems that if they had thier own shuttles they would be over whlemed taking people to disney and if they refused to take them they would write bad reviews.
No, but private car services are available (at your expense) and Uber / Lyft are inexpensive options.
