I will not stays in this Hotel again, even if you paid me. We are Hilton honored member with over a million point. We have a lot, most are very good experience. But this Hotel gave us a very bad taste with how a Hilton chain Hotel but the manager on site doesn't care. We were not taking care of at the front counter, she has no emotions or want to even reach over the counter to give us the 2 bottle of hot water from the counter beneath her. I have never had a problem for signing my credit to pay. Be she insisted we have to have a pass code. We do not use Pass code and she said we can't use that card, has to pay with another card. So I have to put it in my debit card with a pass code. Room has no reg coffee, only decaffeinated and I can tell the decaffeinated coffee bag been handle for many many days.... wrapper is not fresh. Internet is not working. Water was not hot at all. Roof was leaking everywhere in the lobby. So far was the worst Hilton. Is very sad the corporate will let it get that way. BTW, breakfast was the smallest I've even seen..

Awesome stay here this past weekend. Fantastic room. Very clean, welcoming, everything we needed. Hotel food was excellent. Breakfast was delicious. Staff was amazing. I cannot say enough, we will be back and this is our new go-to Orlando hotel. Great work Embassy Suites team!!

We have stayed at a number of Embassy Suites this year due to business and personal travel. This was our first stay at the ES Downtown Orlando and it was by far the cleanest and best organized in our experience with the chain. My wife and I were so impressed that we had to find the Housekeeping Manager, Mr. Kevin Robinson and tell him personally how much we were enjoying our stay in our outstandingly clean room. We can be persnickety about cleanliness and we were not disappointed. The breakfast buffet was also outstanding. The young lady that served as the cook to order chef was the best (sorry I did not get her name). The best stay ever!!! Thanks Mr. Robinson and staff. The leadership team at this facility is doing a bang up job!

We stayed here for a concert that was taking place at Camping World Stadium originally thinking we would walk to the concert. It was a 1.7 mile walk and we decided to drive and park instead but many were walking. Hotel looked and felt brand new. As always, hotel happy hour with free drinks was great, and the kids ate so much for breakfast it probably paid for the room.

About 2 miles. 10 minute drive or 35 minute walk.
Plenty of stores all around convent stores, drug stores, clothing, and restaurants. There is a park a couple of blocks away to enjoy.
