Hotel was not very nice at all. It was decent, but the rooms are very old and AC units are loud and smelly. You could definitely find similar hotels that are much nicer than this location. The two bed rooms were okay, but I would not recommend the King bedrooms. Overall these rooms are very crusty, crunchy, and do not provide a relaxing environment. I found a small spider crawling in between my bed sheets and another on the wall. The pool is okay, but there did seem to be a homeless person hanging out in it. The pool area itself is also very dirty, there seemed to be left over chicken wing bones just sitting there for days. The couch was very dirty and had mystery hair on it. The breakfast area was nice. The TV's were nice and big. Overall, the hotel was decent enough and could be a lot worse, but if your're looking for a nicer vacation stay, I would not recommend.

Heartless treatment by management We stayed in this hotel over one month while my dad has been in hospital. We always paid any bills immediately, we kept our room clean, didn’t make a lot of noise and were otherwise very respectful guests. As my dad’s health was fluctuating and it was hard to know how he’d be in coming weeks, we would extend our hotel week to week. For the last several weeks, when we went to extend it, they already had extended it for us, knowing the serious predicament we are in. Now, when my dad’s health is at a critical state and he is in and out of the ICU, we find out we are being EVICTED today. Despite telling several different front desk managers and employees that we intended to keep staying, we were very rudely told by Denise (their manager in training) that they overbooked… so we have just an hour or two now to pack up 2 months worth of luggage, food, essentials, etc. Even though my dad is in the ER and ICU and is fighting for his life, instead of being by our side, we have to now scramble to try to find somewhere to even stay. This has been such a horrible way to end such a committed stay. After spending thousands on this hotel, it sounds like we’re being thrown in the street with the waste. I am writing this review so hopefully Comfort Suites can get rid of toxic employees like Denise and this never happens again to anyone. I hope they never experience the pain and trauma of a loved one going through cancer- this is truly one of our worst days.

We came to Orlando Friday night we stayed at a really bad hotel so we left Saturday morning and checked in here Saturday evening and we were very pleased with our stay. The room was clean bathroom was clean we had fresh towels and the bed was fresh. This is a nice stay if you are in the downtown area.

The check in was easy and quick. The staff were friendly. We booked the king bed room which was pretty roomy. The room was clean and had a good AC unit. The pillows were lacking in support and the bed kind of hard. Other than that, still an okay place to sleep for a night or 2. The breakfast is standard hotel continental. The top 2 downfalls is that you can hear through the walls and our tub didn't drain well so it filled while showering.
