The front desk called me over the Advent Health shuttle. The shuttle can pick up and drop off all day and into late evening. Free. Took about 10 mins to arrive.
Weve stated here multiple times,8 diffrent rooms in the last month and a half, never had a problem..literally steps to the hospital. Great place.
Was there last month for 2 weeks and got bed bugs in 2 different rooms. When I brought it to the management's attention, they said they would take care of it. Near the end of my stay the last week there, they contacted my job and said that I was causing a scene in the main lobby in front of customers screaming "dont get a room here there is bed bugs"! Needless to say I wasnt even in the hotel period at that time. FIND another hotel if possible!
