From the moment we booked, we were skeptical considering the great price and were hoping the pictures were realistic. Upon arriving to the hotel, the valet guys and bellhops were amazing. The lobby is beautiful and everything looked clean. We got our room and everything was beautiful going up to the room. We got the room incorrect, but they fixed it right away. The room was very spacious, clean, nice decor, and the bed was comfortable! We had an issue with the room being super hot but once we called down the technician explained the air wouldn’t stay on when we were not in the room for energy consumption. He bypassed it so we could have a cold room and didn’t have issues since then. The pool was big and the bar by the pool had great food and drinks. The pool bar was pricier than most I’ve seen in hotels. There isn’t any entertainment for little ones, so we were a little disappointed for that considering there were so many kids there. Overall, we had a great time and will keep it in mind for a quick getaway. Thank you Rosen Centre for not having a resort fee, it is greatly appreciated. We also got discounted parking not sure how but I wasn’t going to complain lol.

*Bias warning* Our school trip to Disney used this hotel and it was better than we, a suburban Midwest High School, expected from a Disney hotel. The staff are very helpful and the amenities are great. The rooms are spacious and ours had a beautiful view of the pool. The location is pretty far for away to use for a Disney hotel (we had 15-25 minutes bus rides to the parks, in charter buses). The breakfast buffet is the same everyday (Scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, pancakes, biscuits, gravy, assorted citrus fruits and melons, yoghurt, cereal, and juices/milk) but the bacon is always crisp and the dry toast/pastries are "fresh."

Beautiful hotel with great service. It was nice to have full service. The room was cleaned up every day, plenty of towels and when I asked for some things I left at home they brought them quickly. Couple of negatives: check in was slow at first- they didn’t have enough clerks but it was fine, secondly it was a little challenging with the ac in the room- I couldn’t quite get it where I was comfortable. Third— I wish the parking was cheaper—we opted for self parking to save a little money since valet was $35 per night but that meant we had a fairly long walk from car to room.Pool area was beautiful and restaurant food was delicious. I was there for a conference and it was well organized with great lunches and wonderful breakfast as well. The view from the 18th floor was spectacular! Can’t wait to visit again.

I reached out to a couple of hotels in our area as I was planning an event for Valentines. Rosen was the first one to respond and that alone already gave them edge. Avery and Michelle are true assets of this campus. Very professional and have walked me through until the day of the event. The whole team in this hotel has been amazing. From Banquet Manager Milo (I hope I got his name right) the Bellman, Valet have given an exceptional service to our whole guests. Kudos to the chef! Our food was delicious and all my guest was raving about it. Our VIP suite was also amazing! The view is really beautiful. My family had so much fun staying in this property. If you are planning an event. I highly recommend this hotel to host your special occasion. The Ballroom are beautiful! Well decorated! Will definitely See you soon Rosen Centre for our next event!

At the end of the year dinner and special meals for couples are made. Want to say goodbye to the year at the hotel
There is not an official Starbucks location inside the hotel currently. There is a coffee shop that “…serves Starbucks Coffee”, but that’s the extent of it. Hoping that helps!
Yes in room microwave
Yes Outside by the pool and out front across from the front entrance
I haven't been in them a lot, but the above review I would agree with.
Yes, $25 per night for self-park in the garage, $30 for valet.
That is a personal choice in which everyone will have to make their own decision on. I personally do not stay at hotels to watch TV! We usually are out by sunrise and back way too late and tired to even want to watch TV. All i care about is vicinity to where i want to visit, comfort and of course price. On-demand TV prices are not a factor in my review!
18, if your parents make your reservation they can check you in. But if you lose your room key just be advised you are ID'd to get back in. So if your name isn't on the reservation you can't be let in the room.
No but theres a wawa gas station within 1.4 miles that does. 6500 W Sand Lake Rd, Orlando, FL 32819
The Rosen Centre Hotel is the the 24 story hotel next to the convention center on International Drive

No, im sorry
Actually i dont think the hotel have a shuttle to this hotel. But u can call them, i saw A lot of taxis there and the public bus get there in front of the hotel (airport to florida mall, and florida mall to hotel)
The parking does cost, it's added straight to the bill. There is valet or self parking. There is a parking lot and a parking garage. There is a shuttle service but, I don't know what the schedule is, where it goes, or how much it is.
Just to make sure tha everything is good and dont have any inconvenience at ur stay in the hotel
The registered guest has free parking, visiters must pay
I believe you can check out by calling front desk also. You lock your room key in the room when you leave if you choose this.
Plenty of transportation options available at the hotel.
Go on there website, this isn't the best way to find the answer you're looking for
No. Only swimingpool
You have plenty to walk
You would pay taxes as normal with the purchase of your food, goods, and other merchandise. There is no additional charge to have items delivered to the hotel except what you are charged for delivery by the retailer, merchandiser, or restaurant. Please check with the hotel to find out if they even allow delivery to your hotel room because that may be a matter of security.
It depends on the event, day, etc... Check with the shuttle car desk at airport by baggage claim.
No, not unless you have concierge floor privledges
I have kids blanket size mattress size protectors. But kids move and toss and turn like adults so things move and diapers leak..
This is quite far. Nearest beach I think cape Canaveral. About 1hr drive
I've stayed there several times. All rooms have their own A/C and the hotel, itself, is kept pretty cool.
Our room had Microwave, small refrigerator, Iron, Ironing board & Coffee maker. But, I would call to confirm that the room that YOU booked has one. Enjoy your stay! :)
Best to contact them
