They worked on my dish washer couple of times in the last couple of months and the issue is still there. Every time they charged me showing the new issue. After all those services, now they say the issue is something else and want me to contact the manufacturer. I would stay away from their service.

Took 5 minutes, 3 different phone calls to finally get to talk to a person about whether or not the Cranberry Twp location stocked and sold parts. They don't. What a waste of time. Useless

They will absolutely work in a pinch, but at a cost... Their labor mark-up is pretty incredible. $325 to replace a dishwasher drain pump, $400+ to fix an over knob. That said, they were able to comet next day and the technician did a good job... Just feels a bit like price gouging. And they charged me for the oven fix before doing the work which I never agreed to. Between the phone call and during the visit, they do everything they can to get you to sign up for the $50/month warranty. It covers everything in your house they say! But not the items you are calling about today. Oh and every visit is a $75 deductible. I'm sure some people think $600/year is worth it, but I wouldn't fall for it.

The technician that came out the first time knew exactly what was wrong with the ice maker. Ordered the correct part and came back to install it. Very nice guy and knowledgeable.
