Driver said he attempted to deliver my package but I wasn’t home. It requires a signature so he could not leave it. He said he was here at 11:00am. I was sitting by my door all morning so I could hear his knock. Liar, liar. He never came. If he was here, why didn’t he leave a door tag. Isn’t this protocol to leave a door tag when no one is at home? I believe the driver didn’t want to go out of his way to make this delivery. Lazy!! Now I need to cancel my plans tomorrow to stay home again and wait on him or go to the Fedex facility.

Store is great but the customer service that sent me here sucks. I said I had a label in my email. A half sheet with barcode and both addresses. They can only print here if you have a qr code. They told me where I CAN have that done a mile down the road.

You call and get a recording to talk to someone and all the recording says is that it can’t help you. It is useless to have a phone number if you can’t talk to someone. If I could give less than one star I would considering that the person receiving the package is in a wheelchair and I needed them to try and get in touch with the delivery driver.
