I submitted a complaint with the Structural Pest Control Board regarding DAV Termite and Pest Inc. DAV is selling services but they don't have a contract that matches what they are selling; they ask customers to just "trust them." That is a violation of their license but the Structural Pest Control Board doesn't seem to be doing anything about it. It's been months and they have not responded to my complaint.

Horrible service! No point in asking for help when you will receive no as a answer no matter what. We spent 3 months dealing with the borad and they dont care that we have to have payment on our head but they can care less about us customers. PLEASE DONT ASK THE BOARD FOR HELP! THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU AND YOUR FAMILY!

Not usually it is a home inspection for wood destroying pest not rats if it is an honest person he might mention it but will not docunentv
Depends on the licensing you are trying to achieve. For an applicator Branch 2 and Branch 3, these tests can be taken through PSI. Each test varies in price and different curriculum on each test.
I would check with your county/city health dept and see if it is an area of public health or considered a public health nuisance. Some departments have areas of enforcement that they can mandate control. Good luck.
