The owner handled my 2009 Smart for two Passion removed and replaced my alternator like a professional and the cost was reasonable. The owner was easy to speak with and then later realized replacing the alternator in such a small vehicle was more work than he realized. The owner did not change his price or add other services that I did not need to cover the job. I am appreciative his business did not take me for an emotional financial ride.

I have been using this shop since my kids were little. They are all grown adults now, and they take their cars there also. I had so many unpleasant (dishonest) experiences prior to finding this shop. Muhammad, Jose, and all the employees are honest about what my car needs, what it doesn't need, and what can wait if my finances are tight at the moment. Prices are reasonable (certainly far better than going to the dealer!), and unless the work is complicated, it's completed the same day. I will never go anywhere else!
