Honestly, I would have given it a 2.5* if that was possible. Comparing this to a universal (3* resort), this is wayyyy worse! The service from the staff in the hotel from start to finish has been poor! We had to ask twice for our room to be cleaned….this didn’t happen until day 5 of our 7 night stay and still that didn’t really happen, one bed made and the other not. We had to ask for new towels. Before they hadn’t supplied, no water or anything until we demanded in reception. Nobody seems bothered, a lack of enthusiasm and willingness to help. We had to wait 30 minutes for the bell person to come along for our bag storage? Why? Wouldn’t recommend to be honest. I don’t think it’s worth the money at all….and to top it off we were charged $350 resort charge at the end of the stay which we had no idea about 🤦🏼♂️ The only positive I have to stay, it’s some of the bar staff in the pool bar are lovely. Apart from that…wouldn’t consider returning. Overall this hotel represents poor service, expensive and a wasted opportunity for what could be amazing! 🤷🏼♂️

Nice hotel with views of the Disney properties & some fireworks. There is construction going on (June 2022). It did not impede on our stay. The pool is lovely. I think it's time for some resurfacing though. If you are bringing small children bring your own floats for the lazy river. We rented a Cabana and it was well worth it. Shaun was absolutely fantastic. We never went throughout the day needing anything.

Staying here may be pricier than others in Orlando, but so worth it! The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are impressive, and the pool area is above and beyond! They let us check in extra early, got a free upgrade to king, and were accommodating when we had a family emergency and had to check out a day early. Be sure to make time for the pool, it has a lazy River where you can float your stress away. If you need a little more, the servers in the pool area are awesome!

I’m a Hilton guy. I have a gazillion points and have the highest status. This Hilton is a notch above the rest. The room was great. The service was great. The restaurant was great. Now that being said…it’s on Disney property and I am also a huge Disney fan. So if you want a true Disney experience go stay again a Disney resort. If you are looking for a great hotel with great service for a business trip or you are passing through town make sure to stay at this Hilton.

Gym is located on the ground floor of the hotel. Also, Signia guests have full access to all Waldorf Astoria facilities. Both properties are connected though the convention center.
Yes, I agree $30 per day for self parking in garage. $40 a day for Valet. Make sure to tip each time for valet. I was surprised that valet parking was in the sun, where as self parking is in a shaded multi-level garage. With few visitors the garage has very few cars in it therefore it was easy for us to Park right next to the covered ramp that goes to the hotel. Very short walk, about 25 yards. It was just my son and I so I had no need for valet use on this trip. If you have someone who is in a wheelchair the ramp has a slight grade, so if you perceive an issue with that go with valet. Maybe tmi but have fun on your stay!
They have a few things in the gift shop. Bread, cheese, mustard ketchup, laundry's soap. Very basic. The nearest on is a couple miles away. Winn Dixie. They have a shopping card for special sales but if you tell the check out person that you're just visiting they'll use a card they have for visitors so you can get the sale prices.
Uber or Lyft are least expensive. A taxi from MCO is $60 one way.
Wouldn't of thought so.they are not fishing lakes.
Yes, they tein a fedex store
I believe there is a $5 handling charge, this is documented in the in-room information guide

No. No and no.
No. But this is a shuttle bus
Is this shuttle service exactly the same as if you're staying at a Disney owned and operated resort? How late do Hilton shuttles run?
As of June 2018 the resort fee is $40. Self park is $27 and valet park is $35. NONE OF THESE COSTS are part of the daily hotel rate. So that $131a night “great deal” will actually cost around $215/night.
Its heated, but dont expect hot tub temp. The water still rather cool temperature wise.
You can go to Disney in 10 or 15 minutes. There is a bus to the hotel.
Yes both are lazy rivers are open. Only closed during thunderstorms. We swam while raining.
