I had called ahead to make the staff aware of our late check in, we had told the gentleman 3-4am. When we arrived, I went to check in and they had given the room away and canceled the reservation. While I was standing at the counter, a gentleman in the lobby who appeared to be the front desk lady's boyfriend asked who was with me. I responded and he stated, "Oh if you didn't have a boyfriend I'd help you out." They gave my room away and they allowed this behavior on the property. Don't even bother with this place.

Rooms were not great. We had to ask to be moved. The front desk attendant was very nice and respectful. Not too far from down town so if you want a cheap room just to sleep and go this is a good option.

My name is Dylan. My wife and I had the pleasure of being greeted with the brightest smile who belongs front desk associate who name is Lena. She helped us get situated and checked in and just made us feel very welcomed. We will be staying at this Best Western specifically because the warm welcome and also this Best Western is very clean and comfortable. 5 stars from me Thank you - Dylan and Tonya

Staff were amazing at Front Desk during check and out. Michelle head of housekeeping was extremely kind. Maintenance personnel were also pleasant and helpful. They treat you like family. Nice hot breakfast included..
