ATTENTION: I am writing the following review as a means to notify the public of recent vandalism that occurred to multiple personal vehicles in the parking lot of this hotel. My intent is to be completely factual and unbiased in order to inform potential guests of the issues I and others experienced, so that they can be fully informed before choosing to stay here. During my stay this past weekend, four vehicles were broken into and items stolen from each one. This occurred at night, with my vehicle being one of them. Despite being parked directly in front of the main office, and with camera coverage of my parking spot, I experienced over a thousand dollars of damage. I don't keep valuables in my vehicle, but that didn't seem to matter in this instance. After talking with other witnesses, at least one car alarm went off in response to the vandalism, but no action was taken by hotel staff to respond. Three other cars were vandalized, with not even a cursory investigation taking place at the time. I get ignoring the occasional alarm, but not in the middle of the night and one that isn't cancelled by the vehicle owner. It wasn't until 0530 in the morning that I, and others, realized what had happened. Again, I am not writing this to be retaliatory, only informative. As with every other hotel, a sign clearly states that the hotel is not liable for damage caused to vehicles within the parking lot. What I don't understand is how four vehicles, one after another, could experience a break-in. Presumably four separate car alarms went off, and none of the hotel staff noticed. All this being said, the staff I did interact with were pleasant and apologetic, and the hotel/room were nice. If after reading this you are comfortable with trusting your vehicle in the lot of this hotel, it was an overall great stay. Just don't be surprised if your car is missing a window in the morning.

New & clean room with great facilities to cook your meal. Laundry service is for 2$ per wash or dry. Location is good next to the outlet and near Universal studios. Nice breakfast with variety of options. Room service was available only per request, as you need to ask for it before 2PM. I enjoyed my 7 days stay and definitely will come back.

The room was just amazing! Big, smart and bright with a “nice” view. Beds are comfortable, good size bathroom and kitchen. I’m only giving 3 stars because of the poor breakfast they serve. I had to wait to get everything I wanted because it was finished and the staff didn’t replaced them on time. Also the ladies at the breakfast were kind of rude to customers.

Even though I only stayed one night, it was a five star experience. The rooms were clean and offered a lot of space. It was nice having a full kitchen in the room. The furniture was modern and fit the vibe of the hotel as a whole. Beautiful space, would definitely stay again. The employees that checked us in were unmasked but the ones at check out were wearing them. It's posted in several locations that masks are required but I would assume not based on other guests.
