You can as long as it is easy to move and dose not block the path

You may able to use a tripod on some spots but for the most there really isn't enough room for people to walk by without bumping Into the tripod.

The sidewalks vary in width as your walking though,as some parks two people can walk and at others its difficult to get even a wheelchair through due to the plants.
