I have been pleased with the quality of services the staff have provided at this apartment complex. We moved in a few months ago. The staff have been friendly, helpful, and concerned since day 1 of our move in. I was concerned about moving here after reading some of the previous reviews. However, I have had a completely positive experience. The office staff are polite and friendly. They immediately call when I have a package delivered to the front office. The maintenance and office staff have been incredibly responsive to issues. Every time I put in a work order , it is completed by the close of the same business day. I had an issue with some of my electrical outlets and they had a hired professional electrician at my apartment that same day. Wade, especially, takes time to make sure we are always completely satisfied with services. He even completed an extra work order that wasn’t on my ticket. The Office Manager, Jay, is polite and professional. He has left voice mail messages following up on work orders. The building is clean and maintained. I read previous comments about bugs. I’ve never had any issue with bugs here. The apartment complex provides routine bug spraying. Overall, I’ve been completely satisfied with my experience at Boardwalk Apartments! The staff have gone out of their way to provide excellent customer service!!!!!
