I am a UF student who moved in this fall so I am relatively new to the complex. My apartment is clean and spacious, and I use the amenities quite frequently. The Lux 13 staff has made me feel at home since before I signed my lease. Sam, Tanasia, and Nevada work the front desk currently and all 3 of them got to know me on a first name basis, and go out of their way to chat with me whenever I pass by. I highly recommend Lux 13 for those looking for a quiet, balanced lifestyle without having to remove yourself from the hustle and bustle of college life.

My experience with Lux13 apartments has been amazing. I have been in 3 different units in my time here and the transfer process to each unit was always quick and efficient. The cleanliness when I moved in was exceptional in the apartments that didn’t already have people living in them. For the one that did have someone already there it was kind of gross, but that was my roommates fault, not lux13. Even with that though, when I brought it up to maintenance, they were in my unit steaming the carpet within the hour. The amenities are amazing. The gym and pool are great and the free printing is so helpful as a student. Its also the best location in my opinion for Santa Fe students who plan to transfer to UF. Its 15 minutes but only two turns from Santa Fe Campus, 7 minutes from UF campus, 7 minutes from downtown, 15 minutes from Archer, and 15 minutes from Newberry. Its a very central location and being never more than 15 minutes from any major area of town is a luxury. Also the staff is incredible. Samantha Haley the leasing manager has made every transition easy and Tanasia Allen and Darien Smith answer every question or concern I bring to the office clearly and professionally. I plan on staying here until I leave Gainesville, and I can’t recommend it enough!
