Old apartments, had roaches & ants, needs work. Gets suuuper hot in the summertime bc the ac unit only reaches in the living room. Residents don't pick up after their dogs, even when provided pet stations. The complex is really trying to be better, but there is only so much they can do with the tenants. The walls arent great, can smell weed coming through your apartment from other residences. You either get crazy sketch neighbors or nice ones. I felt safe here overall and it was affordable, office was always nice.

I have lived here for 6 years going on 7 I absolutely love living here for the past 2 years we have had Nettie as our office manager and it is so refreshing to have someone that works in a leasing office that actually cares about their residents. Nettie and Ariel are always so hopeful and make living here such a pleasure.
