Maintenance hasn't stopped by yet to fix issues but just moved in a week ago so waiting until they get to us on their list. Staff has been very helpful and fixed any issues that we had upon move in (one of our apartment keys didn't work). The apartment was cleaned and ready for us when we got here and so far, we are loving it here

This property has honestly been one of the best living experiences I’ve had in Gainesville! Very welcoming office staff who stays on top of everything, great communication within the community and a WONDERFUL Maintenance team! Amenities are always well kept and location wise is close to everything! Would recommend to anyone who needs a new place to call home!

I have lived in Lakewood Villas from August 2018 through April 2022. I enjoyed a 2 Large and then found i enjoyed the 2 Medium for privacy much better. They have been absolutely wonderful. They've provided a safe environment to live and the maintenance requests were almost always done same day with maybe one exception. The water main outside of my building burst one day and they not only kept me updated every step of the way but they also paid for hotel accommodations for the duration of the repair. They covered the cost of the hotel for two nights to make sure I had access to the most important necessities. The grounds are always well kept and they are constantly in communication with tenants to keep everyone up-to-date when it comes to missing animals, lost/found items, inclement weather preparedness, and community activities. I really like how they had the blood mobile there on occasion to help stay involved with helping others. Everyone in the leasing office is absolutely wonderful and polite. I've even had to call for afterhours emergencies on two occasions and both times someone was there to help within the hour. They've done a great job at not only maintaining their property and common areas but have also gone out of their way to update the common areas so tenants and guests are able to accommodations as much as possible.
