Hard to believe that after four years of living at Lake Crossing it is time for me to move on. Lake Crossing has been a fantastic place to live here in Gainesville. The location is amazing with donuts, restaurants, green space, and additional quiet neighborhoods all with in walking distance. The complex itself is wonderful! It is a nice and quiet place to live, with friendly neighbors. There is a pool and hot tub which is perfect to use on hot days & cool evenings. Plus the staff is amazing! Since I first started living at Lake Crossing there has been some changes in the staff, but I never have had a bad experience with anyone who has or currently works at Lake Crossing. Everyone is really friendly and super helpful! They put on great events multiple times each year, which has been an exciting way to meet neighbors! If I were staying in Gainesville, I'd definitely want to keep living at Lake Crossing! --- I've been living at Lake Crossing for almost two full years now and I absolutely love it! The entire staff is wonderful, friendly, and very accommodating! When I first moved in my apartment was spotless! There was no extra cleaning that I felt needed to be done. The maintenance team is great! When issues arise, they are fixed quickly! The office staff is friendly and knows you by name! One of my favorite parts of living at Lake Crossing is the community building that they do. Every couple months they hold a resident events, which is a great way to get to know neighbors. Thanks Lake Crossing for making a welcome and wonderful living environment! —— Love the staff at Lake Crossing!! Caroline was super helpful this past Sunday when my cat, Denver, escaped out the window! She called and left a message letting me know what happened, connected me with the neighbors who found Denver, and even went up to my apartment to close the window and put the screen back in! She went above and beyond! Thanks Caroline!!

This place is amazing and the staff are wonderful always taking care of the renters Kaitlyn and Terry and all the staff are always willing to assist in every need we had a great experience staying there. And they take such great care of the pool always clean and organized. Our family's favorite thing of Lake Crossing. Thank you Terry and Kaitlyn and staff for making us feel we were family and not clients we will miss you
