If I could give a zero rating I would. My daughter lives in a large apartment complex and had a package delievered. It says it was delivered to a parcel locker but it wasn't because the parcel people had no record of it and the package was too big.The USPS delivery person just left it in the parcel area. Why would you deliver a package and leave it out in the open for anyone to take when theft is crazy right now? I called numerous post offices and they all said they would never leave packages out in the open like that at an apartment complex. My daughter did not even get a notice that a package had been delievered. I spoke with the apartment complex and was told that the carriers usually leave oversized packages at the apartment office. The apartment office signs for the packages and then lets the person know they have a package to pick up. My daughters package was stolen and Fort Worth USPS says it's not their fault. Talked to someone at US Postal Inspection Service and he said something is definitley wrong with the situation. Talked to someone at the District Office who work with the Fort Worth post office directly and she did not seemed concerned!!! So wrong. I will NEVER ship anything USPS again!!

Unfortunately, there's no way to contact the District Manager directly (who I assume you are referring to), you'll have to file a report on the USPS website or call 1-800-ASK-USPS.
Nope smh
