You can make an appointment online, this location does not process passports. Try the downtown location on E. Lancaster

How do i get key for mail box if i wasn't issued one?

Youll have to go to the main post office in NRH on Davis. They're the ones who handle the lock changes. Youll need an ID and your lease, i believe, to request a lock change and it should be changed within a week or 2.
