I sent the payment for my house and it did not arrive on the appointed day, the owner wants to charge me interest, we had to cancel and send it again, I sent it on Thursday May 12 and today is May 14 and it still has not arrived!!! We are in trouble with the owner of the house

Why arent the pick up window hours for Saturday not posted anywhere except inside the building. It says everywhere that they are closed on Saturday ,but there is a special pick up window open on Saturday from 8 am to 12pm .

By pick up, it means the customer can "pick up" a package. If you want to send something, drop letters in the slot or boxes in the drop off area. But the package has a size limitation because of the area size.

If you loose your slip that they drop off when you need to pick up a Package what do you need when you go pick up your package then!

When this happens to me, I write on front of letter.... delivered to wrong address, put it back in my mailbox and lift up the red flag. They pick it up the next day.
