I called today at 9 am to make N appointment, when the call got picked up the lady soonly ask me if she can put me on a quick hold I said ok. And after 15 mins of hold she forwarded me to someone else and it was to a Voice mail. Red flag right away calling someone else. Ridiculous.

Was given a serious diagnosis 2 weeks after the results came in. No follow up calls to the multiple voice-mails I left on the medication that has caused serious reactions. Suggested a medication that could cause hearing loss if I have a hole in my ear drum, also didn't clean or check them to see if this was safe. Yall are awful and made me feel very unimportant. Will not be returning and will be reporting to anyone I can.

Nice enough staff but I felt they didn't do everything they could have to help my situation and referred me to a different specialist. There were technical difficulties that caused some extended waiting but it was beyond their control so I can't fault them.
