Bare with me this is longgggg. On Monday I waited all day for my package to arrive. The package tracker said out for delivery and on top is said pick up but no location so I was confused. At 8:30 pm I got an email saying your package has been delivered to mailbox. But it wasnt there.. At midnight I got another email that said it got delivered at 12:34 pm... Naturally on Tuesday morning I went to the post office and a beautiful soul took my info and headed to the back to search after I had explained to her the previous day. Monica whose my normal carrier didnt work her route that day. It was a different carrier whose known by me as a rude negative Nancy that cares nothing about her job. Well she's like I delivered it to the neighbooring business. So I went but they were closed both Tuesday and Wednesday. Thursday (as in today) they were open Monica founded it and BAM I have my package!!!! Monica I want to thank you for simply being the world's BEST MAIL CARRIER!!!

My postal carrier delivered a letter to my address which was not for me. It's been in my mail box for nearly a week, along with a letter i was hoping he would pick up. I guess he's too busy on his phone or the 2 envelopes are just too Heavy!!!

It's always clean; the postal workers are really nice. Unfortunately it's been crowded, because everyone in our apartment is picking up our mail there until our office puts in new mailboxes.

You should drive up to your postal facility and ask it's much faster than the phone.

It could be a number of issues. Do you have a dog in your yard with no lesh or the plant has been holding some mail because of the bad storm in houston that caused alot of damage and they been helping out houston and pushing dfw mail back.

Where is the package coming from? Best thing is just wait...just track it with the tracking number...it should tell you where its at

You can go and check at the desk, just bring photo ID. Sometimes mail is held at the post office, but unfortunately a delivery card is not looked at your door.
I have informed delivery, it shows me what I'm suppose to get that day. Never do, and the mail just disappears. Only difference now, I know what they are taking or throwing away!! Because no-one in USPS knows where my mail is even tho they sent me s pic of it to my email
