Hi Carrie, thanks so much for the question! Yes, we do require a referral from the patient’s doctor for MRI exams. Regarding cost, we submit claims to the patient’s insurance company so cost can vary according to each patient’s insurance plan. We have multiple payment options/plans if necessary. Hi there, thank you for your question! You can view the images on any PC/Windows computer. Unfortunately, the CD is not Apple Mac compatible at this moment in time. Our CDs have their own viewer so all you need to do is put the CD into the computer, wait a few moments for it to load, and then you will be able to view your images. If you have any trouble whatsoever please do not hesitate to call our center for help, we’d be delighted to assist you!
