Had an appointment pre-scheduled for a month for full glam make up and lashes for my baby shower. On the day of, I get a call that the lady that was automatically selected for my services called out for a bad back. As unfortunate as that is, I completely had no other option that day and had no time to schedule anywhere else. Rather than finding someone else to fill my appointment, I was just completely cancelled on. If this was a customer who wasted the businesses time and cancelled last second, there are deposits for the wasted time. But for whatever reason, the business can cancel the service and nothing can be done in compensation. Terrible way to handle business.

BEWARE the Temecula Ulta Salon is very shady in scheduling appointments, they reschedule your appointments without notifying you. I’ve been going to the Temecula Ulta salon for about four months and they have rescheduled my hair appointment several times without notifying me. I learn about my new appt time when they call me to confirm my appointment. I asked why they rescheduled my appt and they told that my stylist may have another consult with another customer. I booked my appointment a month ago and they think they can just reschedule me a couple days before my appt. This is not a good customer service when you commit to day & time to be at your scheduled appt and then the last minute they reschedule you.

I got a gift card for my birthday. I found what I was looking for there prices are just as high as macys. There is also new employees that don't know about free gifts with certain make up purchases. Signs are by products saying free make up or brush kits with purchase and they say I don't know about that. And when they ask another employee there are out of kits. So that needs improvement.

Ok where to begin! Well I had my hair done here and it didn't turn exactly how I wanted. I was looking for a platinum color and ended up with brown/gray hair. She did what she could I guess, but if you paid for a service you should get what you want... is not free. Stephanie is very friendly and nice but unfortunately for the reason above I have to give it 2 stars.
