Outstanding customer service. Max in the printing department went above and beyond to make sure every customer leaves happy. Very polite and well mannered. Also, very knowledgeable around the printing department. Corbin was also very polite and helpful. Overall, a great experience. Chris is doing a great job being a leader to his team.

Came in to get a download out of my phone and printed. My printer stopped working. The young lady behind the counter, tried several times to open the download after forwarding it to Staples email. I felt bad taking up her time, but she kept at it and got it open and printed it out for me. She had such great patience, someone else probably would have given up after a couple tries, just to get ride of me. But she persisted and got it done for me. And this was all for a total of 0.30 cents! Victoria, you are an awesome person. Thank you!

I ran in today to rush and print a resume out. The girl at the counter (wish I grabbed her name, but she worked 4/23 in the morning) was so great. I came in frantic and she helped me to print out my documents and even offered resume paper, which I totally forgot about. We started chatting a bit and she offered me the encouragement that put the cherry on top on morning. I am all for women supporting other women, and she truly just made my day. Her customer service skills and ability to get me out the door asap, was what I needed. Thank you!
