I went to sell many winter clothes (especially sweaters) because their website announced that sweaters were a popular item that they needed to stock up on fall and winter clothes. Literally the same day that they posted that, I went to sell my clothes and they did not buy anything, they said that "they had too many clothes", even though they had literally just posted that they were in need of sweaters.

it’s rly awkward when you’re waiting to be helped and the girls working there are just standing there texting on their phones. They make eye contact with me but still keep texting and working, ignoring me. Felt super uncomfortable… And don’t even bother selling your clothes here, it’s not worth the petty cash they give. Out of a large bag, they offered $3 for my brand new unworn jeans(didn’t fit me). Three bucks isn’t even enough to buy a coffee with LOL might as well give all your cute clothes to good will

Gavin is the sweetest! I witnessed him being super patient and kind to the girl in front of me about selling her clothes there for the first time. He’s personable and knows how to get the job done without making you feel rushed or unwelcome. Side note-the clothes are really cool and decently priced, highly recommend shopping here.
