By pick up, it means the customer can "pick up" a package. If you want to send something, drop letters in the slot or boxes in the drop off area. But the package has a size limitation because of the area size.
The sign says 8-12 but I rang the buzzer twice and the lady that finally answered told me HATEFULLY they were not suppose to take mail on Saturdays that it was against policy!!
