2nd time a card was mailed from this facility and never received, both times money was inside. 1st time was many years ago maybe 15 or 20, and just this September 2022. Dropped off in the physical mailbox recently, next pick up around 5 pm to be delivered locally and it never made it. There is an apparent issue with the service at this location, I am not sure if mail is left in the box, someone is going through opening, removing, discarding mail, or what. I hope that this has just been an accident or mistake and not dishonest people working for the government as I believe tampering with or stealing mail is a federal offense. I order if there has ever been an investigation, inspection, or review of any kind at this location. There may need to be a complete overhaul and restart for this one.

Went to the post office to retrieve a pkg from my previous apartments the supervisor said she would get it. Did not happen. Went back and talked with the manager of the post office. He called the lady on the route why I was standing there told her to get the pkg and bring it in told me to come back the next day and he would have it. You are the real MVP!! Sorry I did not get his name but thank you.

Catch your mail woman are man & ask for a change of address card are go to any post office & ask for 1
try to catch him if your home and reiterate you need mail picked up, I always clip any outgoing mail to outside of box but my box is on the porch, always can call local postmaster and see if you need to do something your not doing to get your mail picked up....and that way they can bring it to mail carriers attention to pay more attention to outgoing mail from customers and not just the incoming. I am no postal expert....just bobbling through life myself over here lol
Use USPS website or call 1800 askusps or go to station and ask for post master
