I had windows tinted here on a brand new 3 week old bmw. They scratched the paint, and 3 of the 5 windows tinted needed to be replaced. They refused to take responsibility for the paint damage and told me they agreed the 3 windows needed replacement because of poor installation quality. They also dragged several inside trim pieces on the doors, and cut the outside rear window glass with their razor. When I told them I wanted a refund instead of fixing the paint or tint, they told me “the customer isn’t always right around here” and that I will only get a refund after they rip the tints off the windows.

Got my windows tinted, they had the window nice and clean for me, no handprint marks which was perfect since you can't clean them for a few days. They did an amazing job ! Alex was very helpful in scheduling a time for me to come in since I live an hour way. I will def be coming back for more work.
