Great gym. Lots of new equipment suitable for all ranges of fitness. Two floors means ample room to get your sweat on. Including a health bar for pre-workout or post workout drinks. They even carry 1st Detachment products. Bonus is the awesome childcare room.

Their music is way too loud. They have a turnstile too. It's send off the message only certain sizes are allowed in. Kinda ridiculous. I understand it's a security tool but like come on...really?!

Impact is an amazing gym. All I wanted to do was to put in a request for a reverse hyper machine. It would be a good way to honor the late Louie Simmons, and it’s a great piece of equipment that can work a muscle not many other machines can do. Thanks.

Impact is by far the most friendly and inviting gym I've ever stepped foot in. Marcus always has such an inviting smile and positive attitude every time I see him. The owner is always encouraging, funny and motivating. Every staff member has been beyond helpful, inviting and has become family to me.
