This is a great place for families and very pet friendly. Any maintenance needs are prompt, the pool is well maintained, and there is a community garden that produces some great vegetables. Would highly recommend living here

I have lived here for 5 years and I love it here. Our apt is clean and neat and the perfect size for us retired people. Jerry has been amazing friendly and always attentive to our needs. Justin is so friendly and always willing to help. Anything we have needed including any maintenance requests have been handled above and beyond in a timely manner. Mike and his maintenance crew are always hard at work around the complex and professional and courteous Anthony is so amazing and always going out of his way to ensure things are right. They have made the community garden beautiful and given us a sense of family pride in where we live. They are currently refreshing the paint on the buildings and have done such a pretty job with the flowers they placed around the pool. It is a wonderful mix of families with kids professionals retirees and veterans. And everyone seems to know each other and greets with hellos and smiles. We feel blessed to call this our home. Thank you to the awesome office staff and maintenance crew for all you do

We have lived here for 5 years and love living here. We love the office staff and they always work with you if your family hits a hard time. I feel safe with my child playing outside, the pool area is great for relaxing. If we have any issues they fix them in a timely matter. We have a beautiful garden and our neighborhood stays clean. I would recommend this apartment for families. Also the rent price is the best in town!!! All appliances are newer than most, like 5 years and under. All buildings have been remodeled when they opened 8 years ago or so. Again I will say that in Gainesville in all the different places I've lived these folks work with you with communicatIon.
