Fantastic apartment to live in for students, families, and everyone in between. I was surprised at how helpful and kind the office staff was no matter when I would call. Issues of any kind are fixed quickly and you actually feel like a priority as a resident. Their maintenance team is fantastic, kind, and speedy at getting requests done. The apartments themselves are kept in great condition too. The walls are a little thin but compared to most of the apartments in Gainesville it’s nothing bad at all. If you’re considering leasing here I would say go for it!!

Move in date was very welcoming and helpful with all the team members offering services to the new residents. Juan was especially helpful when he came to the apartment to fix a few of the things we had reported. He was genuinely interested in helping us and providing us with the best service possible, he even gave my dog a treat! Truly great

Well maintained, secure, and awesome place to live. Their service is really fast and good with all the latest amenities. I switched my residence just to check other options but now again I am back in Wynwood as I felt a lot of things missing in other places. This feels like home..!

New person running and organzing apartment turns shes awesome. Theres been more organization and better worj done. Apartments are looking goid and the staff is friendly and helpful. Ms. Deedee forgive me if its mispelled is a delight and im looking forward to painting more for her and Eli with infinite solutions. Id be moving here asap if it was in the cards.
