They are mostly brick. They have been renovating the apts since May. It's under new ownership and they are doing a great job. Give them a chance. Corporations a have budgets also.
They are terrible! I lived in one of the buildings that they painted and just woke up one day to that horrible mural. Not to mention the guy who spray painted it got paint all over my car! WTF?
