The Manager Liz talked to me like I was not a grown adult and really treated me as if I was some criminal trying to move into the complex. She showed zero compassion and lacked every customer service or hospitality skill. Based on other reviews about management I can see why residents left and decided to go elsewhere because of the rudeness from Liz. For this property to be in such a great location it will not excel because of her. I strongly hope the Roselyfe Management take the necessary steps to either 1.) train Liz on customer service skills and professionalism or 2.) get rid of her and find an appropriate property manager that doesn’t discriminate. I have never ever in my life been talked to by someone like that. It made me feel very uneasy and as an African American I felt discriminated against. Please read through the review section about management here before you decide to reside here. Every one else in the office were very kind from Roslyn up to the Roselyfe management. However Liz is the one that you will ultimately have to deal with when it comes down to every issue in the complex and think twice if you care more about your peace of mind when staying in a community with a non compassionate, hateful, racist and non empathetic property manager.

This place is a complete joke! Management doesn’t care but they’ll take your money though, the apartments are ran down but steady increasing the rent, they’ll add on extra money to your rent and give you the run around about taking it off, just very unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend even if it was the last resort. This place don’t even deserve one star!

Love this apartment, nice well maintained. Pool view relaxing. A+ rating. Ms Betty treated me like family during loss of spouse, covid, and new beginnings.. Great place to live. 😊
