Since the first property manager was here I loved it but once she went to Lake City it went down hill. I moved in with my then fiancé (now husband) and we moved in around October 1st. We signed the paperwork on the 1st and moved in, all was great. We were waiting on a one bedroom to open up (we started with a studio) we got it December 11th. We started having a few problems with the unit and a problem with our payment from upgrading; we tried reaching out to the property manager and no one was ever there. I called multiple times a week and we went up there multiple times a week. Once someone WAS up there she said she was up there every day that week. Me and my fiancé fell on hard times and broke our lease. Now they’re saying that my fiancé didn’t even live there because he wasn’t on any paperwork (I have all the bills we paid as well as a copy of the lease with both our names on it. I still have every bill from when we upgraded to a 1 bedroom as well).

I went to go fill out an application there , Donna and liz the new manager there , was so kind and down to earth , they made fill right at home , that night i remember how they treated me and put my experience with them in my Journal.

Not much to say besides it being a roof over my head. Keep all your receipts and lease in case the worst happens.
