The parking situation here has been so stressful. I have to work until midnight sometimes, so I get back late at night and coming back and searching for a parking spot is a headache. There isn’t nearly enough parking for the residents and management isn’t even concerned about resolving this issue. Instead, they’ll just tell you to go find another spot on your own or say that they expect the situation to improve. How is it gonna improve if nothing is being done? So either I park far away and walk alone late at night or risk my car being towed. Also, there are currently three parking spots being taking up by a trailer that has just been sitting there for ages, moving that would at least make a little more room for the people paying to live there. Additionally, the utilities bill has been double what we normally pay for the past 3 months. And when we asked why, we were given no solid answer and have just been expected to pay it. Another thing, we keep out apartment very clean yet there have been so many bugs including ants, lovebugs, roaches, and spiders. The place is poorly built. I will not be resigning. It has just gotten worse after the change in management.

Campus Circle has the worst management. I had to pay $80 to get a boot off my car because I parked in the VISITOR SECTION as a VISITOR. No signs anywhere indicated anything about the parking lot not actually allowing visitors. I called CC and they told me that they sent emails out to all of the RESIDENTS telling them that the visitor parking lot was closed and that it was still my fault for not knowing despite all visitors not being residents by definition. They acknowledged that they had no signs or indicators that the parking lot labeled visitors was not allowing visitors, but they said it was still my fault.

Terrible place to live. Your guest's car gets booted in VISITOR parking without any warning. The sign literally says, "VISITOR." If it changed, they did not communicate that to residents! No signs indicating otherwise. That does not seem legal! I hate this place.

Although I have not moved into Campus Circle yet, I have to give them 5 stars! During the roommate matching process he was extremly accomodating and helped make sure I would be living with the perfect roommates! Not all apartment complexes listen or take the time to get to know you so that they can make the perfect fit. I cant thank him enough and know that I am going to love it there!!! Thank you Johanson!!!
